Dick and Sue Dodson have owned Coldwell Banker Dick Dodson Realty (formerly Madras Real Estate) since 1990. While Dick had been in the business as a real estate agent since 1987, Sue retired from an 18 year career in social services to join the business in 1995.
Prior to a real estate career, Dick was self employed as a farmer for 12 years. When the bottom fell out, it was time for a change. Tough times have helped Dick have a sense of empathy for customers and clients going through hard times themselves or just going through the stress of buying or selling real estate.
